COD4 Community Mapping Contest Announced
Infinity Ward just announced that they're having a custom map building contest, and best of all, you can download the tools for free!
Infinity Ward recently launched the official Mod Tools for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare on the PC, and to celebrate, they're holding a "Community Mapping Contest."
They'll be choosing the winner(s) on March 31st, and should be announcing the prizes and opportunities in the next week or two.
What do you have to do to get in on the action?
#1. Download the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Mod Tools for PC
#2. Create your custom multiplayer map using the tools.
#3. Submit and Share with the community via the dedicated Mapping Forum.
That's it!
So what's the bad news? Although your map may show up on the PC, Xbox 360, or PS#, you MUST have the PC version of COD4 installed on your computer to use the tools and create your maps.
