See History of Comics On Film Same-Bat Time, Same Bat Big Screen !!!
Moving on to the decade of the 1960s the History of Comics On Film has a brand new introduction along with the cultural phenomenon that was the Batman television series featuring the third live-action interpretation of Batman and Robin. This spawned a feature film which was released in the year 1966 to cap off the first season of the smash hit television series.
In the 19th part of this ongoing series that focuses on the History of Comic Books, producer Derek Crabbe views comics history through the lens of those comic book characters that are lucky enough to be adapted for both movies and television.
If you enjoy the musings of Hope Chapman or Lewis Lovhaug you'll probably enjoy this vast project which continues with the Batman feature film that was produced by 20th Century Fox in the year 1966.
