Bill Duke (Predator, Commando, The Limey) will reportedly play a scientist (Trask) who created the Sentinels in X-Men 3, according to Movies Online.
The storyline reportedly will revolve around the Jean Grey/Phoenix storyline and reports say the producers want to fast-forward to the Dark Phoenix saga in the same film, according to the Web site.
Meanwhile, Pixel Magic says it's been tapped to help out on FX for the film. The studio's resume includes X2: X-Men United and Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
And finally, supermodel Claudia Schiffer told the Guardian that, contrary to rumors, her beau, Matthew Vaughn, didn't turn down X3 because it would mean spending too much time in LA and on location away from her and the children.
"Actually, there were several reasons he turned it down. We would have all traveled together and lived wherever was necessary. We would have made it work if he had loved everything else about that project, but he didn't," she said.
