Plus, news of those cool Air Force jets that play a role in the movie.
The official Web site for the U.S. Air Force talks about recent filming of The Transformers movie at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico.

The only operational F-117 wing aircraft was used as was the CV-22 Osprey, according to the USAF.

"The F-117s will be pictured prominently in the movie, both as static background and taxiing aircraft," said Lieutenant Hodge. "The CV-22 Osprey is scheduled to make its feature film debut in this movie, along with the F-22 Raptor."

Also featured in the film will be the A-10 Thunderbolt II, AC-130 and C-130 Hercules, C-17 Globemaster III, MH-53 Pave Low, HH-60 Pave Hawk, MQ-1 Predator unmanned aerial vehicle and Air Force One. The filming of the F-22, C-17, Predator and Air Force One will be done at another location.

Meanwhile, a Superhero Hype source says the film will be shooting at the Hoover Dam again today. The scooper added that some of the casting the producers were looking for included: Secret Service Agents, Cops, Medics/Med Evac, SWAT Team type, and more tourists.

Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Jon Voight, Bernie Mac, Tyrese Gibson, Rachael Taylor, Amaury Nolasco, Kevin Dunn and Ronnie Sperling star in the sci-fi action-adventure written by Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman. It hits theaters on July 4th, 2007.
