Superbunnies

It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a...bunny? The infamous, animated bunnies are now appearing in a 30-second re-enactment of the classic blockbuster Superman...
The parody features the voices of Bryan Singer, director of Superman Returns, and Michael Dougherty, one of the writers for Superman Returns. The short, created exclusively for Starz Entertainment Group, is available to view throughout July on Starz On Demand and on the Starz website at http://www.starz.com/features/bunnyclub/superman/index.html.

The 30-second re-enactments, created by animator Jennifer Shiman, feature animated bunnies in half-minute versions of such well known films as Brokeback Mountain and The War of the Worlds. "The bunnies and I were extremely excited to have this opportunity to pay tribute to Superman with our bunnified version of the movie," said Shiman, Angry Alien Productions.

Shiman first began creating the bunnies in February 2004 and has garnered a large following of fans. Other bunny shorts include Scream, Titanic, Jaws, The Shining, The Exorcist, Alien, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and It's a Wonderful Life as well as the behind-the-scenes bunnumentary Making A Bunny.
