Visit 'THE SPIRIT' movie site!
The official Will Eisner's The Spirit movie website has some new bells and whistles to whet fandom's appetite.
Lionsgate has added some content to the formerly-barren official website for Will Eisner's The Spirit, and it appears that it will continue to grow.
The site includes a video greeting from writer/director Frank Miller (Sin City), Forum, Synopsis, Poster, and "Cast & History," which features photos and bios of the movie's players...EXCEPT, for some reason, Eva Mendes and Jaime King. Highlight their names, and you get "Coming Soon"!
Also "Coming Soon" are the features "News From The Set" and "Production Blog".
According to CHUD's JEREMY SMITH, production in Albuquerque proceeds "cheerfully and efficiently," and Miller, in his first solo directing effort, is running a "smooth, collaborative set."
Will Eisner's The Spirit opens in theaters on January 16, 2009.
