Witchblade Anime Coming To Japan
Look for a very different heroine in Japanese release.
A new Witchblade anime series will debut in Japan in April 2006, according to Newsarama.
The series won't be set in the U.S. or use the Sara Pezzini character from the existing comic books and TV series, the site says.
About 26 episodes are planned and Kodansha will release a manga tie-in series.
