DVD Review: The Flintstones, The Complete Fourth Season

I yabba-dabba-doo!!!” The two most famous modern families from the Stone Age, the Flintstones and the Rubbles, are back in All 26 Episodes From Season Four, on DVD.
Some very funny episodes are on these discs including Little Bamm Bamm, Ten Little Flintstones, and Bachelor Daze.

Little Bamm Bamm is about how Bamm Bamm joins the Rubble family and has a hard hitting impact on everyone, especially Pebbles Flintstone. It’s the hilarious story of how Barney and Betty got Bamm Bamm and fought to keep him a member of the family.

Ten Little Flintstones is about beings from outer space coming to earth…and cloning Fred! The funny tale of how these clones ruin Fred’s life and how Fred becomes a “hero” after chasing them back to their space craft and making them go back to where they came from.

Bachelor Daze is about how Fred and Barney originally met Betty and Wilma. The laugh-out-loud tale of true love. The boys are thought to be “millionaires” by the girls and vice versa. Truly very funny.

The whole set includes 26 episodes, four discs, a miniature collectable lithograph of the two families, quotes and trivia, and bonus features. This set was given 4 out of 5 stars by Amazon (rated by 14 reviewers) and I agree with them.

The bonus features on disc one are: “Expert Commentaries on Ann Margrock Presents and Little Bamm Bamm by Hanna-Barbera Historian Earl Kress and Animation Writers Paul Dini and Mark Evanier. Bonus features on disc two are: “Hanna- Barbera’s Legendary Music Director Hoyt Curtin.” Bonus features on disc three are: “The Flintstones; One million years ahead of its time-how this became the first animated series in Primetime.” No bonus features for disc four.

26 episode that will keep you laughing out loud, it’s The Flintstones, The Complete Fourth Season.
