Ewan Macgregor Joins The Cast of Jack The Giant Killer
Bryan Singer continues to line up the talent for his movie adaptation of the british fairytale Jack The Giant Killer.
Star Wars actor Ewan Macgregor has been added the cast of the movie as a Giant Killer. As previously reported, Nicholas Hoult who will be seen as Beast in X-Men: First class will play the title role of Jack. Rounding out the cast is brilliant actor Stanley Tucci (Captain America) who will be playing the villain. Other cast members include Bill Nighy and John Kassir.

The actor once known as Renton in Danny Boyle's Trainspotting and Obi-Wan in the Star Wars prequels has signed on to play the leader of the king's guard who ventures with Jack to kill giants and rescue the kidnapped princess. The search continues to find an actress that will play the lead female role, but two very much at the forefront are Adelaide Kane (Power Rangers RPM), and Eleanor Tomlinson (Alice in Wonderland). The long-delayed film is set to go into production this March in London.
Filming is set to begin in March.
