Azeroth Saved From Biggest Ever Threat; Uwe Boll

Azeroth – home to humans, orcs, elves and the undead – has survived its biggest ever threat. This time, instead of surviving attacks from the Burning Legion and the scourge, the home to millions of World of Warcraft players was saved from an imminent Uwe Boll attack.
According to Paul Sams, COO of Blizzard, the company behind the world’s biggest video game told Uwe Boll in response to his wanting the rights to a WoW movie, "We will not sell the movie rights, not to you... especially not to you.”

Speaking to MTV news, Boll said that "I got in contact with Paul Sams of Blizzard, and he said, 'We will not sell the movie rights..." He added that "because it's such a big online game success, maybe a bad movie would destroy that ongoing income, what the company has with it."

Uwe Boll is definitely one of the most despised movie directors out there, if the online poll numbering 200,000 pleading with Boll to stop making movies.
