Berry on Storm's Larger Role in X3
The actress explains why she so desperately longed for a bigger part in the X-Men sequel.
Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry who plays Storm in the X-Men films spoke of her expanded role in X-Men 3 to reporters on the 'Extra' television show.
"I wanted Storm to do more than stand there and be mute," Berry laughed. "The fans would see me on the street and say, 'You know, how lame are you? You don't even fly in the movie!' So this time I said, 'I would love to come back but -- and I'm really not being snobby about it -- but I want to come work. I want to earn my money!'"
After "X-Men," Berry will team up with "Die Hard" star Bruce Willis in a suspense thriller about Internet chat rooms. "It's about everybody having secrets," Berry explained.
