Meanwhile, Starburst magazine will feature Spider-Man 3 in an upcoming issue in which Thomas Haden Church is interviewed. Here's what he said:
-He is definitely playing Sandman.Any doubts about that are gone. He is Sandman.
-He actually started filming his scenes back in November. Pre-shoots they're called. He filmed about 8 minutes of what's going to be in the movie.
-He hasn't worked with Tobey yet. All the stuff he's done so far has just been him.
And Stan Lee will have his traditional cameo in Spidey 3, according to KnoxNews:
"He has a cameo in this summer's 'X-Men 3' movie, based on the mutant superhero group he co-created nearly 40 years ago. He is also slated to be in the next 'Spider-Man' movie, set for release in 2007.
"Later this year, he'll host the reality game show 'Who Wants to be a Superhero' for the Sci Fi Channel. 'Superhero' will have participants donning spandex costumes and performing physical and mental challenges."
