ROSEMARY'S BABY Joins the Remake List
Platinum Dunes continues ahead with more remakes of classic horror films, and Rosemary's Baby is next on the list.
Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes is spearheading the trend of horror movie remakes with "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", "The Amityville Horror" and "The Hitcher" and they currently have "The Birds," "A Nightmare on Elm Street" and "Friday the 13th" in the works.
The next on their list is "Rosemary's Baby" based on the book by Ira Levin which was adapted by Roman Polanski and is known as one of his most popular films. The story follows Rosemary and Guy as they move into a new apartment, Rosemary becomes pregnant and becomes increasingly suspicious that her child may be the spawn of Satan.
Reportedly Platinum Dunes is seeking writers for the adapation.
