ENDER'S GAME Loses Directer Wolfgang Petersen

Wolfgang Petersen has left Ender's Game and is no longer attched to direct.
The film is coming from Chartoff Productions and as Petersen has left they've already begun meeting with other potential directors.

The film is being produced by Lynn Hendee. Commenting on possible leads for the role of Ender Hendee replied; "We all have our favorites, but it is crucial for the new director to weigh in on that."

The current script status is Ender's Game author Orson Scott Card had finished a script draft and is already working on further updates. The hopes are that they will be filming by 2009.
