A naked Eva Mendes gets into the 'SPIRIT' of the season
The Cuban-American star's hourglass figure is on full display for the new PETA poster.
Eva Mendes is putting her body to work for PETA's "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" campaign.
The star of Will Eisner's The Spirit said she hasn't worn fur since her very first movie premiere, when her stylist sent her a fur wrap for the evening and Mendes "ignorantly wore it."
PETA wrote her a "beautiful letter" about that choice. "I was so impressed that I vowed to them and myself to never wear real fur ... again."
33-year-old Mendes isn't afraid to take it all off for a good cause, since, as she told Jane Magazine in July, "I'm thankful that I'm healthy and that I have my limbs and a nice physique."
That nice physique fits perfectly into the noirish fantasy of Director Frank Miller's Spirit film, which, he reported Monday, "is on schedule and on course."
