HULK: TV Series Still in Development at ABC
Given the success of The Avengers and the popularity of the Hulk within it, it would seem that if Bruce Banner's alter-ego was going to be put into some sort of development it would be in the form of a new feature film. According to Deadline, ABC may have a different idea in mind.
Says Deadline, "The only property from Disney-owned Marvel still in active development at ABC is Hulk, which was set up one and half years ago with Guillermo Del Toro and David Eick attached. [ABC's Paul] Lee said the project will be in consideration for the next pilot cycle. I hear Del Toro is still on board. ABC has passed on the Aka Jessica Jones adaptation whose writer, Twilightâs Melissa Rosenberg, has a new series on ABC, Red Widow."
