Transporter: The TV Series
Director Luc Besson, whose many credits include the original French version of La Femme Nikita (simply known as Nikita), is teaming up with Cinemax for Transporter: The Series.
The pay channel has committed to 12 episodes of the series, which will focus on Frank Partin, a professional "transporter" (who was portrayed by Jason Straham on the big screen) who will get the job done no matter what.
Production will begin thsi summer, and the total budget for the 12 episodes is a phenomenal $48 million.
