MAN FROM UNCLE: Bradley Cooper to Star in Movie Version
Variety has the exclusive report that director Steven Soderbergh has chosen Bradley Cooper to star in the movie version of the '60s spy series The Man From U.N.C.L.E.
Says Variety, "Cooper currently has an offer to play Napoleon Solo, and the opportunity to work with Soderbergh is one that Cooper is likely to accept, considering how hard his team at CAA worked to position him for the coveted part."
At the moment Cooper is filming the Silver Linings Playbook, which will lead to Alex Proyas' Paradise Lost (he plays the Devil) which films until March. At that point, production should begin on The Man From U.N.C.L.E.
