Simon West to Direct The Expendables 2
Sylvester Stallone's follow-up to The Expendables has found a director in the form of Simon West, who most recently directed Sly's Expendables co-star, Jason Statham, in the remake of The Mechanic.
It's expected that Stallone will reunite with Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Mickey Rourke, Terry Crews and Jet Li. There had been rumors of Bruce Willis coming aboard as the main villain, though more recently there are rumblings about Jean Claude Van Damme.
The first Expendables grossed nearly $380 million at the global box office.
