Michael Chiklis to Take On Jason Statham in Parker
It seems that Michael Chiklis is bouncing back nicely from the cancellation of ABCs No Ordinary Family, though the results have him going all evil. More accurately, he'll be taking on the role of villain in Taylor Hackford's Parker, based on the work of Donald E. Westlake.
Parker, which is scheduled to begin filming next month in New Orleans, is going to star Jason Statham in the title role. Although his role isn't described in a Deadline report, Chiklis will reportedly portray the nemesis to Statham's character. Another rumored casting coup is the currently superhot Jennifer Lopez as the female lead.
