Austin Powers 4 A Go?
Yeah Baby!!! This time Dr. Evil gets what's coming to him!
Austin Powers is one of the funniest adult comedies of it's kind. It's funny that I say that, because usually I can't stand English humor. To me it's kind of like a football team: you either like them or not. I find most English humor to be to dry and not as quippy — just my .02 cents — but not Austin Powers. Mike Meyers has taken a broken down English spy and made that mo fo shagadelic. Yeah Baby!!!
Jay Roach, the Austin Powers franchise Director, had this to say when asked about a 4th outing for the Powers that be:
"[Myers is] working on ideas for it, people are definitely talking about it and I'm always good for it," said Roach. "I love those characters."
From the sounds of it, the next installment of Austin Powers will be "entirely from Dr. Evil's point of view. It would be the first of his trilogy."
I like this idea already. Bring on more Mini-Me and another healthy helping of Fat Bastard. Who doesnt like Fat Bastard? A schmoo, that's who!
