Paramount Says We're Bringing Back 'The Monster Squad!'
The cult classic of yester year is getting revamped.
This from Deadline:
'Paramount Pictures is remaking the 1987 film The Monster Squad. Rob Cohen, who produced the original, hopes to direct the remake. Cohen will produce with Platinum Dunes partners Michael Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form, and they're meeting with writers.'
You know I'm not sure this movie needs to be remade. If anything at all I almost want a sequel. Let the kids grow up a bit and then the next generation comes in and kicks The Wolf man in the nards! Yep, now I'm sure of it, that's how it should be done.
